One year. One full year. Hard to believe how so much has changed in the last 365 days. I still pinch myself every morning. How on Earth did I get so lucky? You met me at my lowest and still thought I was loveable. You watched carefully as I picked the pieces of my broken heart off the floor. You held my hand while I tried to figure out how to put those pieces back together. You have found a way to be present, even from the other side of the World. You have put a smile on my face every single day. You have allowed me to explore who I am. You have held me accountable to my commitments. You have been my motivation on mornings I can barely get out of bed. You have been patient, kind and loving. Thank you @pastock23 for walking into my life and not leaving when I told you to get lost. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Here’s to many more adventures by your side. I love you ❤️

At the beginning of the month, I challenged myself to attend 50 classes at @bodhiyogamilton in November (yes, in only 30 days). I wanted to do this for myself but also use it as an opportunity to raise awareness (and money for @movember : MoSista.com/isapaquette) for men’s mental health. I am on class 17 & 18 this morning (out of the 50 😅). My body is tired, some classes have been really challenging (not to say hard), but I am pushing through and learning so many lessons on the way. To support my fundraising, I am adding 2 new options (it applies if you have already donated too, thank you!): ✨ For every Reiki session booked with me in November, I will donate 10% of the price to Movember. ✨ For every donation of $10 or more, you could win a Reiki session with me. I will draw a winner on Dec. 1. This contest is open to Canadian and Australian residents only (for logistics reasons). 🔄 My challenge to you: reach out to ONE person this month. A brother, a friend (maybe a new dad?), a colleague, a stranger. You never know who might need a helping hand but is too shy/ashamed to ask. This year, for Hallowe’en I was a witch. No costume, no decorations, just 100% magical witch. Spending the morning with other witches, sharing reiki energy but also fears and struggles of being a light worker, a healer. The energy was so powerful. October 31st is not only Samhain, the night when the veil is thinnest but it's also the start of Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio (more on this over @foreverconsious)! I am forever amazed at (and grateful for) the power of women supporting each other. I feel blessed that these beautiful souls where put on my path.
